We emphasize a different, more responsive, and caring law firm at Gruhin & Gruhin. Our guide in structuring our company is called "Our Core Values and Beliefs".

The following items describe the kind of performance and behavior to which we aspire:

  • We respect our clients and believe that individuals who are treated with respect and given responsibility will respond by giving their best. We are a family oriented business and we treat our clients the way we would expect to be treated were we on the other side of the attorney's desk. We are Lawyers who listen to our clients.

  • We require complete honesty & integrity in everything we do.

  • We make commitments with care and then live up to them. In all things, we do what we say we are going to do.

  • We love to compete and we believe that competition brings out the best. We work hard for our clients.

  • We guard and conserve client resources with at least the same vigilance that we would use to guard and preserve our own personal resources.

  • We insist in "giving it our all" in everything we undertake. Furthermore, we see a big difference between "Good Mistakes" (best effort and bad results) and "Bad Mistakes" (sloppiness or lack of effort and bad results).

  • We are believers in the Golden Rule. In all our dealings we will strive to be friendly and courteous, as well as fair and understanding. Our Clients come first in all things we do

  • We feel a sense of urgency on any matters related to our clients. We are responsive and we are client driven. We believe in "Justice for All".

If you feel we can do better, please let us know. Of course, if you think we are living up to our values, please let us know that too.
