In step with the change that is sweeping the nation, on November 24, 2008, Gruhin & Gruhin has also made a change in its office location.
 
We are pleased to announce the location of our practice in Beachwood's Prestigious One Chagrin Highlands. We are conveniently located near Chagrin, Harvard, and/or Richmond Roads, approximately 1/4 mile from I-271.

For many  years, we have listened to our clients 'remarks' about the hassle factor in coming to our offices located in Downtown Cleveland. The complaints have ranged from 'I'm afraid to drive downtown', 'There's too much traffic', 'Parking is costly' Parking is hard to find', etc.

As a result, we moved our offices to Beachwood, Ohio, where we are conveniently located near two (2) major exits off I-271, Chagrin Road or Harvard Road, with ample free parking. We believed that the new location will be much more convenient to our clients. And it sure was. After careful poll of our client base, overwhelmingly (90%+) have commented on how much they love the location and our up to date executive office building.

TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON 271 - You have Two Exit Options - Harvard Road Exit or the Chagrin Road Exit

HARVARD ROAD EXIT
Take Harvard Road Exit and stay in the middle turning lane
Turn Left onto Harvard and follow Harvard Road two traffic lights to Richmond Road
Turn Right onto Richmond Road until you get to Park East
Turn Right onto Park East Drive and take it to the end of the street - at the stop sign, turn right onto Auburn
You are now at 2000 Auburn Drive - Take Elevator to 2nd Floor 


CHAGRIN ROAD EXIT
Turn Left off Exit Ramp - Stay in the Left Turn Lane
Follow Chagrin Boulevard WESTBOUND for approximately 4/10 of a mile to Park East Drive
Turn Left onto Park East Drive - Go to the end of the street and make a slight left onto Auburn Drive
You are now at 2000 Auburn Drive - Take Elevator to 2nd Floor


TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON 271 - You have Two Exit Options - Chagrin Road Exit or the Harvard Road Exit

CHAGRIN ROAD EXIT
Turn Right off Exit Ramp onto Chagrin Boulevard - Stay in the Left Lane
Follow Chagrin Boulevard WESTBOUND to Park East Drive
Turn Left onto Park East Drive - Go to the end of the street and make a slight left onto Auburn Drive
You are now at 2000 Auburn Drive - Take Elevator to 2nd Floor

HARVARD ROAD EXIT
Take Harvard Road Exit
Turn Right onto Harvard and follow Harvard Road to Richmond Road
Turn Right onto Richmond Road until you get to Park East
Turn Right onto Park East Drive and take it to the end of the street - at the stop sign, turn right onto Auburn
