Mike has handled two workers' compensation claims for me.  The first claim happened when I was delivering lunch to a company. After I delivered the food and was about to leave the building, I tripped over a rug and I landed on my left shoulder.
 

The second work injury happened when I was lifting a bowl filled with Pizza dough with another employee. As I was lifting the bowl, I felt  a pain in my low back and down my left leg.  The bowl was filled with flour and weighed approximately 100 lbs.
